Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is received and cleared, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped, along with tracking information, if available.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We offer various shipping options to accommodate your needs. The following delivery estimates apply once your order has been processed:

  • Standard Shipping: 1-3 business days for main centres

  • Standard Shipping: 2-5 business days for outlying areas

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary based on your location and the carrier’s schedule.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order and your delivery address. You may be eligible for free shipping depending on the total value of your order, which will be indicated during checkout.

Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or anywhere other than a physical address.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct when placing an order. We are not responsible for delays or undelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete address information. If there is an issue with your address, please contact us immediately.

Lost or Damaged Items

We take care in packing your order securely, but if your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue.

Catch and Release Policy

While we love to help you reel in the perfect purchase, there are a few things we can't take back once you've hooked them. This includes all consumables—like lures, fishing line, and, of course, those hopes and dreams you cast out into the water.

Once those are gone, they're like a fish that's swum away—non-returnable! But don't worry, we’re here to help if you have any questions about your catch. Just give us a shout!

For any other return, contact customer service and each request will be taken into consideration.

Hooked on Quality

If your catch arrives damaged or defective, don't let it get away! Please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of receiving your order. We'll reel in the issue for you by providing instructions on how to return the item and offer you a replacement. We're here to make sure you get the perfect catch every time!
